Its a wrap

For the last three months Ive been woking as a camera/lighting man and designer on a stop motion film in Manchester, and today we completed the final shot, its a wrap!! Twelve minutes of glorious and unique animation shot. A proud day indeed!

I can't show you any of the film yet, its a secret, but to wet your appetite check out this film Screenplay made by our director Barry Purves. He's a very talented filmaker/animator and its been great creating and learning alongside the best.

The last shitty 5am 7 hour bus journey is over. On my way back from Manchester today I saw about five rainbows, and the biggest was waiting at the end, surrounding Bristol, what a welcome back. Heres a shot of our 'colorful' street- it contains a strip club, massage parlor, theatre, punk/goth pub, gambling den and a chippy... with appropriate characters to match. Our windows just on the edge of frame up on the right, a prime people watching spot and we've seen some pretty crazy sights from here, especially on a Saturday night..

Its good to be back home, tomorrow I'm going to hunt down all the monkey sculptures around the city and do shit loads of photography, and start blipping regularly again. Yay
