Delay

When I came back from London the other weekend we were delayed. By about 50 minutes at some point. It didn't help that the air conditioning had broken down too as well as this being one of the hottest days this summer. I will now have to claim for a refund especially as I'm planning to go back to London again in September if possible. Because I haven't got a printer at home I'll do this as soon as I'm back in the office.
