My last 'opening' shift at work. I used to open at 5.30am and I always planned during the winter to try and photograph just how dark and horrible this was. Never did. Summer came and the opening time was switched to 6.30am so I guess I'll never get to chance to photograph this.

2 more shifts left and then that's it.  To those who asked yesterday, I'll be unemployed through choice. We leave Canada in 2 weeks to go to Australia, and I fancied spending those 2 weeks doing touristy things rather than working.
