The pantry

Tonight, for Mr. Apple's birthday, we went to the opening night of a neighborhood restaurant. It is a spin off of one of our favorite places but this version has one large room that's kitchen and dining room. The space is a large white french country style kitchen that is right up my alley. It has a 16 foot black walnut table that seats 20 and the meals are served family style at the chef's discretion. It was very good, and very fun, and it felt cool to be two of only 20 people there on opening night.
