little red boat, Stornoway

early 4.15am alarm this morning to catch a flight to Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, for work. Can't believe how busy the town is - with a wee Continental Market and gearing up for the Hebridean Celtic Festival and the Tall Ships. It's all go here.

Just a phone shot of the harbour beside the office. and not much in the sky as far as I can tell - but the sun is shining brightly now so can't complain. I liked the little red boat hanging out with these big rusty, mean looking fishing boats.

Heading off to the airport shortly to fly back. Clear skies are good news for the wee plane! I probably won't see you for a while Outer Hebrides.

Not a bad Monday really with a trip out here, albeit short and sweet. Resisted the lure of the lovely Harris Tweed bags...
