Tram works, Water of Leith extension.

Apparently this is the extension line for the trams down the Water of Leith.

Sorry, couldn't resist. This is a new flood prevention scheme. I gather so many of the little flood plains down the Water of Leith have been built on in recent years that when there is a spate the water has no where to go but over the banks. So the banks are going to be heightened at vulnerable places.
