Life's a gas

These magnificent gas holders are part of a gasworks in Vauxhall on the borders of Kennington. I often walk past them on route to nights out with friends (and sometimes shop at Tesco which is right next door to it.
I really like the giant metal structures, but unfortunately they are due to be demolished so the site and land can be developed. Demolition is likely to take place next year. I for one will be extremely sad to see them go.
