Another magical day... like most here in Sweden!

The day began with beautiful blue skies that stayed the entire day except for the occasional fluffy white goodness in that provided the shadow we longed for in the warm sun.
Claes came over for the whole day. What a joy! We began to day together with a savory breakfast, then took a walk in the forest to pick blue berries and enjoy the warm sunshine (this is when i captured this moment)
On our return home, we had fika waiting for us which we again enjoyed out in the sunshine on the porch overlooking the lake.
The afternoon consisted of a training session (Claes is amazing at training and I made him promise when he came over that he had to Train our bodies that long for it so badly)
A late lunch enjoyed after a hard workout and a dip in the lake the refresh our skin warm from the sun and training.
the evening we spent at our cousins who hosted a birthday dinner party! We stayed well into the night which is always a paradox here because it stays light so long! We arrived home after midnight to which Erik was ready to enjoy slumber as was I.
a day well spent and kept. Life is good.
