You Are is one of my favourite songs from one of my friends Frances Thorburn. Franny, Sue and Clare and I haven't seen eachother for ages. I've not spoken to them for ages either but managed to speak to Clare tonight which makes me feel happy.

Feel very unsettled at work all day. Is it the comedown of a all encompassing project? or something else? Mac's happy anyway.
