Best volcano

This is not a volcano, nor a cenote.

I remembered my step-grandmother made me one day a wonderful cake, fast to make, easy, and delicious cause it was full of fresh fruit. I squeezed my brain, searching for the name, then tried hard with Google... Finally I found out the recipe!!! Well, the hardest part was trying to remember the name.

I prepared it with fresh plums... it's wonderful!!! But now I'm sure that my step-grandmother had made some changes in the recipe, for sure...

If you wonder the recipe it's simply the french "4-quarts", a very easy one.
