Popcorn popping

I've had a lovely day today. I spent this morning watching two of my sons in their sports day and this afternoon I spent in Forest School toasting marshmallows and popping popcorn.

I took loads of photos at sports day but didn't want to post any with other peoples' children on so I chose this which I think is a bit different. It's two sieves that have been tied together and popcorn has been put inside over a smouldering fire. It took a while for the popcorn to get started but once it did it was lovely to watch and smelt delicious!
