Big chief

This is probably one of the most well known butterflies we have in the UK. The Red Admiral.

This girl (i think) was very happy to play with me and the camera, i had to stop her a number of times to stop landing on my tshirt. I want to take your picture not hold you!

The gatekeepers, blues, whites and speckled woods were all back in force again today.

Libbie was happy to play with her new garden toys instead of butterfly hunt though.

Im told this is the last of the nice weather today ;( which is typical since im away for the weekend. pfft!
