Triumphant Finale

The last night of the Year 6 play and what a performance. Bottom, my Bottom, Nick Bottom the Weaver played by Big J brought the house down with his 'overstated' performance and my George (youngest twin by a whole two minutes, seen inset) was at his menacing best . The cast got a standing ovation and there was many a tear shed afterwards as the children begin to come to terms with the fact that in a weeks time they leave Primary School for good and go off in separate directions to different High Schools (now that will be a proper tearjerker !

This was their applause for their Teacher Mr Brooks at the end. in their eyes, he was the Star.
