Ooo look at me getting all creative with the Encona*, splashed in a dash on top of a fab recipe lady sp33d spotted in her latest issue of BBC Good Food.

*My favourite chilli sauce bar none. Except it's almost doubled in price recently meaning we're back on the much-longer-lasting-Tabasco after this bottle runs out. A similar thing happened with Staffordshire oatcakes a few months back when they trippled in price meaning we, well, leave them on the shelves. Supermarket greediness or inflation due to the rise in fuel costs and vat?
