The Grass Is Always Greener On The Other Side

Today was a day well spent with my mum.

We went up to Linlithgow where we had a walk along the canal, talking about how we would have spent the Euromillions, had we won it. We didn't even put a ticket on but still, we can dream!

We stopped at the Park Bistro for lunch and it was so busy we had to wait to be seated and then wait 20 minutes to order food but it was well worth it. All I can say is I won't be needing any dinner tonight.


On the way back along the canal we took pitty on a bunch of little ponies who truely believed the grass was greener on the other side. We were there forever feeding them clumps of grass from our side of the fence.

All in all, a lovely day.
