Camberwell Beauty

This tiled butterfly is on the side of an old public wash house - no longer in use, although it is now home to a boxing club.
The Camberwell Beauty butterfly was given its name (in the UK) when it was first seen back in 1748 near Coldharbour Lane in Camberwell, London - it's known in the USA as the Mourning Cloak.
