Was at BiFab's Methil factory in the morning for the unveiling, by the First Minister, of Aquamarine Power's 'Oyster 800' wave energy device - with a 800 kiloWatt generating capacity that's 250% more powerful than, yet one third of the cost of, its predecessor, Oyster I, which was and connected to the grid less than two years ago. Was a great event that underlined how, when it comes to marine energy development, Scotland rules the waves!
