Third wheel?

Gotta wonder what he's doing to my car. Especially considering that's not my steering wheel.
I always get a bit anxious when my car's in parts.

Took the car in for a service today and came back with a big bill and list of things that still need doing. After 21 years the engine is getting a bit tired :(
