Friday night fish night

So, no more pie night but fish night. I am going to offer either 2 fillets of Torbay sole or 2 fillets of mackerel at £5 with salad and lemon. Then as side orders I have mash, new potatoes, pilau rice or chips and warm courgette salad with basil and pine nuts, stir fried vegetables or buttered peas. Plus also on the normal menu I have turbot, lobster, plaice and cod.

This is cod in the picture. It was a very large and I suspect about 5 years old. It was very fresh as when I prepped it it had these wormy parasites in it and they were still alive... lovely! They sit right inside the flesh and took me a while to find.
