'The Langdales' - Here at last!

First full day and glorious sunshine. We are staying in the Langdale valley and I can't take my eyes away from the view of these magnificent mountains. We set off up the valley to climb up to Stickle Tarn. Warm work up the rocky paths. We walked on to Blea Crag hoping to pick up a path to take us down but after encountering a lot of boggy ground we rejoined the original route. The two peaks were beckoning, left them unclimbed reluctantly! Super first day though.
