Eccentric? You decide!

I've seen this old lady out and about for many years. She wheels around a trolly full of food scraps and feeds the birds.

Sometimes it's mostly seed and she feeds the pigeons. Today was meatier fare and the guests were gulls.

Is she eccentric? I don't think so. She just likes feeding birds. How many of us have bird feeders in our gardens?
