Stairway to heaven

This picture reminds me of this Tom & Jerry episode where Tom goes up to heaven on a golden escalator .

Anyway, Tigger & Lily finally found a home! The cats were my stepmom's, and when my dad told her that he wanted to give them away, she requested that they end up in a good home together. Looks like her wish will come true! Jason met both cats last Sunday and felt really bad for them (as they've been living in the basement for some time now.) Today he announced to me that he will take them.

This is great news, especially because today is Tigger's 11th birthday. Thanks, Jason! If my stepmom was here right now, she'd really, really appreciate it.
