How fast can I go on the bike? 45 mph?

Steady on, not that fast.

Take one bike, one speedometer, one garage, one vice, one electric drill and most importantly, one idiot. Crank it up till you smell burning then relax.

I'll go for this as my SPEED entry for the WBC this week as yesterday's was just too slow.
