Low Tide at the Nisqually Delta

We stopped at the delta on our way home from Portland - the board walk that goes beyond and out of sight of this photo is complete now - it is about 1.5 miles out to the end one way. This area was diked and used as pastureland for years - only recently have the birds have had it back - and birdwatchers and photographers. I want to go there at high tide and with different light. But the open vista is gorgeous no matter what light!
