We attended the Colorado Lagoon Tidal Art Walk in support of our daughter who is an intern there this summer. Shelley had volunteered pulling weeds a week ago, so she took me on a tour of the area. While walking back towards the art display, she pointed out this royal palm tree with the sun behind it. "That would make a good photo," she said. She was right it made a very "Californian" photograph.
