Deborah and the Lettuce

This is Deborah, one of our interns form the College of natural Resources in Lilongwe. She is one of four students on placement with us on the farm.
Her area is horticulture with special interest in landscaping.
Here she is seen with amazing lettuce, grown with chemical fertilizer or chemical pesticides: totally organic.
We brought some home and it was delicious.
