not quite the beach

we wandered east of the main beach area, to the bottom of D'arcy st. here in town..

about 30 feet from where we walked onto the stony beach theres a HUGE flat rock. that goes out for what seems like ever. walk on it until it drops off... you can see the start of it in the bottom right corner

the water was insanely clear today. wish i brought goggles... i would've really enjoyed that.

i used to go swim there when i was in highschool. almost completely secluded in comparison to how crazy busy the beach gets.

i sat on the edge of the rock at one point to sift the sand/rocks next to me for tiny shells.. & little fish came up and were chewing on my toes!! weird & cute

i'm feeling tired... stressed.. hormonal.. emotional...
i mostly wish i could shut out the world.
i wish i was back at this place with a pair of goggles, & it was still bright out... so quiet. so alone. would be nice.

not much else to write i suppose.. nothing that i care to share.
