I blipped this last night but the boffins in the backroom at Blip were busy and I was blocked.

So I back blipped.

Jumped on the scales yesterday and it was baaaaaad. 189.4lbs!

Wrong direction.

Soooo, two pieces of fruit before each meal. I did a run yesterday morning (walked it really) and will now cut down on the cookies, chocolate bars, lemonade, sweets, sticky puddings etc.

As part of this, if I am going to get used to all this fruit, I thought I'd better blip it.
