worked like a beast today. sadly, have to work tomorrow as well--up at 6AM, fuck. getting off an hour earlier, however, so I can join Leah & Co. at her white coat ceremony! her official dubbing to student-doctordom, like a graduation in reverse as the deans help her don her coat for the next four years. i am so excited and so very proud of her. had to get her some flowers this morning, thus this evening's Blip.

other highlights: some movers from across the hall saw me naked at my desk today and we had Chipolte for dinner. tonight, too, Leah's brother and future sister-in-law drive in from Austin. also, looking forward to possibly meeting some of Brighton/Shane and Liz's family tomorrow--it will be nice to see a lot of old, familiar faces in from other places and a lot of new shining ones too.
