A day from hell.

Thought all it would take would be 1 call to sort an issue at 9:50am, I was still dealing with the problem at 5pm. Please note I only got involved as someone passed my name on and I thought I was doing a wee favour.

Amazing how many people can just shrug and take no ownership of an issue that they have created.

A large glass of wine was required which then turned into a few, which then turned into food and another drink which could have gone on all night.
