Corn Field

Beautiful morning so out for an early walk. Passed by a huge field of ripening grain - not sure exactly what it was, hence 'corn'. Parts of it had been 'trampled' by rain, other parts were growing well with the heads of grain bending under their own weight.

The sun was shining straight onto the field highlighting stalks and seed heads which made some lovely patterns. Had to risk severe injury scratches leaning over the barbed fence, but worth it.
