A bit of a local hero in Soller, just having completed the Soller triathlon 2011 and looking pretty happy about his performance. Aka Iron Tony (his blog)for his amazing drive and endurance, he is an inspiration to us all here, as we see him whizz past on his bike and then having infinite fun and patience with the children at the pool and tennis.

I had an infinitely more sedentary day at the beach, with the boys off at the abuelos, (and Ben with a bit of tonsilitis). Great fun watching Soller become muscle beach for a while, and then rain stopped sunbathing, oh, well, lunchtime...

Wish I could run again...
