Life is hard for some

This is a group of teachers who attended the W4Z in-service course in English at Lusangazi primary school today. This was the start of another three day course at which more than 50 teachers attended.
This was the first rural school and the teachers came walking, cycling and by taxi, traveling distances of up to 20 km, during their holiday time.
This group of ladies, dressed in their best, jumped in the back of the jeep for a lift back to Mzuzu, about 20 km away. We had two of the five babies who attended on board as well
