Running Season's Back...

...and the knees still have the same aches and pains waiting to catch me out. A nice, steady 13 miler today. Felt it would be a good idea to get some miles under the belt before I have to get cardio levels ready for the immense heat and dryness of Cairo...

It now seems like less of a good idea! So does walking home with my food shopping while I should clearly have been on a couch being fanned and fed.
