monopoly (on bad weather)

Jing. Summer eh? I've heard of it. Something to with hot weather, sunshine and long sweltering evenings spent on a terrace somewhere with a cold beer.

It has been raining - no, lashing - it down here for days now. It's like a scene from Bladerunner. Much time is spent indoors with the kids struggling to keep them busy. But you know the bottom of the barrel has been reached when the Monopoly comes out. The wife and kids are off to Ireland tommorrow to visit the in-laws so a quiet few weeks lie ahead of me.
