Pussy galore...

We came across these 'wild' snowdrops today while out for a walk with Bella and Dog Pasha. They were under a willow tree that was bearing pussy willows.. Now I've been reading that these are supposed to be pollinated by bees in late winter or early spring but on the 1st of February - all the bees will still be tucked up in their winter retreats - lazing around on beaches in the Caribbean or snowboarding in the Alps, it far to early for them to be working.

The main news of the day is the start of The Great Year Long Diet. The aim is to lose 2 lbs per month for a year - should be easy peasy. Anybody want to join?
