Quote me miserable

Grrrrr. Its that time of year again when one insurance or other needs renewing. This year I took it upon myself to shop around and use one of these price comparison sites. Some stonking prices, but rather than use the price quote I wanted to add some items to a specific policy. In doing this online it breaks the site *every* time I tried it. So back to good old telephone to speak to a human. Well, 29 minutes down and noone want's to speak to me - I give up.
