Glimpses of Bdays

Visited C, my youngest daughter who lives in Halland. We spent three days together. Precious days as its seldom that we have the chance to see each other. My sister and me drove up. She hadnt been there before and wanted to see their new house. And to find the way if she wants to go there another time without me. Sis didn't feel well and went home quite early and before the evening barbeque.
The day after she went to the hospital and found out this:
Experts who treat dizziness estimate that about 20 percent of all dizziness is due to loose crystals ? or ear rocks ? in the inner ear.
The condition, known as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or BPPV, is usually treated with a series of simple head movements aimed at putting dislodged ear rocks back where they came from so they can be cleared away by the immune system. BPPV can be triggered by a head injury or a virus. The condition is more common in older adults.

So if you get dizzy when you move your head this can be the reason! She was told to the exercises three times a day and it's getting better and better. Crystals are moving along their right place...

I so much longed for the first bath of the summer and C kindly took me to the sea. We drove along the most beautiful road with fields, flowers - a true summer scenery.
