A hot and interesting day but nothing blipworthy.

However, on a cycle to Morningside this evening I saw the hill next to Napier University was on fire. It's usually Arthur's Seat that suffers from fires as a result of the scorching Scottish summers. I suppose for the crews this job is a bit more interesting than the automated fire alarms calls with which they get inundated. So, here they are at work - or maybe one of them was desperate for a wee.

My sleeplessness has become a full time hobby again so mustn't tarry - I have hot milkies, relaxing music and screen-free bedrooms t0 organise.
