Beef & Guiness Pie

Recipe update:
Based mostly on Jamie Oliver's Beef, Cheese and Guiness Pie.
I use beef shin which I stick in the pressure cooker for 30min. I don't quite use as much cheese as he suggests as it gets very rich.
