Star gazer

Last year the wet June put pay to these flowering, this year is the first year I have seen them. They are beautiful.

This morning was spent mostly in the garden but this afternoon we went to Fairlands Park this afternoon. Lots of fun on the same park as we went to with Aunty Vic and Uncle James but then we headed to the splash pools. Sadly I didn't dare take my camera in so there are no photos, but William, despite his hatred of showers, loved the water. He was even fine with the water that sprayed directly in his face when he was looking to see where it had gone to and it came back quickly to hit him in the face. We weren't there that long but they both really enjoyed it.

Hope this weather continues, it has been great so far for the school holidays.
