Why I Love the Beach

It's multicultural, it's egalitarian, it's unpretentious and it's free! In this picture, I particularly like the large extended Sikh family (right) who are busy taking pictures of each other in the water and the boys playing soccer to the left.

Sometimes, I think I take photographs as a substitute for painting (don't have the time). One day, I'd love to do a painting based on this shot.
