From the vineyards to the pine forests.

After 3 weeks spent amongst the orchards of Normandy and the vineyards of Alsace-Lorraine, Mrs Talpa and I are now back home, in cooler and wetter climes.

A morning spent in the forest has helped me to forget the horrors of the M25, the Dartford Crsssing, the M1 and the M6. I'm very glad that I don't have to face them everyday!

Much to my delight, the fungal season has started.
