Foxy!

Cambridge Folk Festival Day 4

Reynard the Fox appears in many traditional songs, not least in the form of a werefox in the great ballad 'Reynardine' in which the dastardly (and decidedly 'unreconstructed') Reynardine lures unsuspecting women away to his castle to meet their fate.

Here's a rather more approachable Reynard greeting festival goers at Stage Two.

Acts I saw today (another marathon!)

Abigail Washburn
Moore, Moss, Rutter
Damien O'Kane
Home Service
Femi Kuti
Villagers
Mary Chapin Carpenter
Laura Marling
Anxo Lorenzo Band
