Series 2/4

No change since Friday, but I didn't really expect any. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them have today to try and catch up before complaining. So, I phoned up this evening and have been promised a phone call tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. This is, of course, a promise I've heard twice before and one that has never been kept.
