Does my abdomen look big in this?

Never seen anything like this before, is it a growth?

Thanks to Mollyblobs and Daff for explaining the large lump at the end of her abdomen. Fortunately I saw her whilst I was out this afternoon near the local reservoir, so the hundreds of baby feet will be miles away from the house!
