Phil's 50th

Drop Mac off in Reading and head to Somerset via Bath and a mad frantic look for wifi so Jules can sort out the live link to the GT1 race in Belgium that he's responsible for but isn't working. All very stressful.
Nice to get to Phils... he and Sarah have such a beautiful house in Leigh on Mendip. Haven't seen them for years. Plenty of space to pitch tents.
Barbecue for 70, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, bonfires and haystacks, music and singing... the perfect party. Jules played guitar with another Jules both brilliant at guitars and both film makers!
Stay up until about 4.30am.
Mac had peed in my tent! Nina tried to help me clean it out but it was still a bit wiffy but by 4.30am and lots of champagne and JD later we manage to loose our sense of smell!
Wish I'd managed to get a photo of the Dualing Jules'! Really failed to get anything inspiring which is a bit depressing.
