One of those days...

Today was one of those OH so frustrating days!

I spotted a Red Kite out of the window, so out I went with my camera and of course it had gone. I then saw a Goldcrest in the buddleia bush! I waited ages but it just would NOT put itself somewhere I could photograph it! A Willow Tit then appeared (appropriately in a Willow tree) but flew off just a nano second before I could capture it :-/

Other failures today include at least four species of butterfly including two rather lovely common blues :-/

In the end only this Speckled Wood butterfly was willing to pose!
