Off We Go

We had a fantastic weekend. Here we are stopping to pick up Rhi's friend on our way to Virginia. This forsythia was so beautiful that it begged me to get out the camera.

The drive was long, long, long. We hit traffic in spurts throughout the entire trip, which, of course, brought us in to DC in time for Friday rush hour traffic. As my blip counterparts from the UK often say, I was knackered. But we saw James' sister and family for a nice dinner which was very nice. Then the real fun came the next day...
