Kastro, Sifnos

Such a beautiful historical village to wander through, so very bright. The heat is pretty intense today. This little village also houses "Maximus" a jeweller that my wife was determined to make a return visit to. Last year she had purchased a beautiful silver ring. This time is was to purchase a few "extra" bits.

If you ever want to see possibly one of the most stunning locations for a jewellery shop, you have to visit here.

From a photographic point of view, all my camera equipment was left at home. Thanks to my friend Claire, who loaned me a very nifty compact.
